The Eyeglasses is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. The Eyeglasses advises you to consult with your local government import office for specific information about these potential charges.
All prices not include the import duties, taxes and VAT, We are not responsible for the import duties taxes and VAT problem.

Delivery company will follow the invoice value to compensate if shipment is lost during delivery.

Warranties and Return Policy

All frames and lenses carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. These defects include frame colors, hinges, structural design and welding points. However, Defects NOT under warranty include damage caused by twisting, scratching, bending, sitting on, dropping, smashing, stepping on, or gross mishandling of frames.

If you are not satisfied with our eyeglasses, you can return within 60 days after received the glasses for a full refund of frame and 50% for the lenses. However, the eyeglasses have to be returned in good condition.

If you are not satisfied only with the lenses, you can return the whole eyeglasses to us within 60 days for 50 % refund of the pair of lenses. Then we will replace a better or suitable quality lenses for you using the same frame. You will only need to pay for the difference between the old lenses and the new lenses.

In case of any accident to the glasses, it will not be covered by our warranty policies but you can email and discuss about it with us and we will find out the best solution for both of us and sometimes we may repair the product with free of charge.

Every pair of glasses from us will be checked to perfection before shipping. It is important that the customer check the glasses upon the delivery within the 24 hours. If there is any problem, you have to contact us within 24 hours from the signed on delivery date.
